Crispy plant-based Chick’n is seasoned with the zing of fresh lime and chili powder, then paired with creamy avocado, peppery arugula, and wrapped in a soft and chewy tortilla. This is the quick weeknight meal you’ve been waiting for, that fills you up without weighing you down. Delicious, nutritious and wholesome, it’s going to be one of your favorite plant-based meals.

Method

  1. Cook the Chick’n according to its package instructions (be sure to brown thoroughly so the Chick’n is crispy!). Then season generously with lime, sea salt and chili powder. Set aside.

  2. Char your tortillas so they’re still soft and chewy, but have a nice blackened edge.

  3. Fill the tortillas with your seasoned Chick’n mixture, then top with avocado and arugula. Hot sauce optional!
